Enrolling in the Commonwealth Care Alliance program is easy. You must let MassHealth know that you would like them to enroll you in our program, which you can do in two ways:
- You can return the Enrollment Change Form that was included in your notification letter from MassHealth, or
- You can call the MassHealth Customer Service Center, Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and a customer service representative will assist you:

- TTY (for people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech disabled): 1-800-497-4648.
