One Care

Providers » Welcome

We are pleased to welcome you as a One Care provider and look forward to working with you to provide care and service to our members.

There are a number of initiatives underway at Commonwealth Care Alliance to assist you in the administration of One Care in your office, and we invite you to check this site often for updates on important matters that impact our work together.

Do you write prescriptions for Medicare Part D drugs?

If you write prescriptions for covered Part D drugs and you are not enrolled in Medicare in an approved status or have a valid record of opting out, you need to submit an enrollment application or an opt out affidavit to your Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) by June 1, 2015, or earlier. Click here for further information.

Commonwealth Care Alliance has gone Green!

All of us want to save paper and go a little “greener.” By eliminating paper EOB (Explanation of Benefits) we have taken a step in that direction. Statements are now available to all providers online. Learn more.
